How do I change the email address linked to my web subscription?

If your web subscription (purchased via the website) is linked to the wrong email address, don't worry—our support team can help.

Simply contact us at [email protected] or via the in-app chat and provide:

  • The email address currently linked to your subscription

  • The email address you'd like to use instead

We'll review your request and update the subscription email for you as soon as possible.

If you're not sure which email was used for the purchase, just let us know and we'll do our best to help locate it.
