How do I Cancel My Subscription?

Learn how to manage your Fishbox subscription through the app

✅ How to cancel your subscription in the app

  1. Open the app and go to the "Profile" tab (bottom right). Tap on your email.

  2. On the "My account" screen, tap the crown icon in the top right corner. Scroll down on the "Premium Features" page and tap "Manage Subscription."

  3. Tap Manage Subscription again. Fishbox will automatically direct you to the correct cancellation page based on where your subscription was purchased.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription


You’ll stay on Premium until the end of your billing period.


🌐 Canceling without the app

If you don't have access to the Fishbox app, you can still cancel your web subscription:

  1. Go to Fishbox.com and sign in using the email address used for the purchase


  2. In your account, go to Manage Subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription
